Hostelle is the first and only all-female hostel in Amsterdam. Hostelle was started with the idea to provide a safe and fun place for women who are travelling to Amsterdam to stay, so that you only need to focus on sightseeing and enjoying yourself while you are here. For female travellers with a small budget Hostelle is ideal, we are very well communicated with the airport and the city centre (only a 15 minute metro ride away from Central Station). Hostelle will offer you a homelike atmosphere and make you feel like you are staying among friends!

The location is very convenient. The rooms are very clean and the reception and staff are welcoming. It’s also female only so I felt very comfortable and safe. Not noisy at all. A very good bargain for money.

Everything is excellent! Especially they prepared Christmas dinner, desert and gifts. The best hostel staying experience I have ever had. Also, all women in hostel makes me feel comfortable and safe, really like this idea! The overall experience is really great, I will definitely come again if I visit Amsterdam next time.

Globally the hostel is good.. a bit far from Amsterdam center (which does not justify the price that is a little bit high ) but near to the metro and train station ( 5 to 8 min walking ) The place is not very safe. The rooms, toilets and showers are very clean. And to finish, someone stole my boots while I was not in the room during the day .. it was so deceiving and the personal couldn’t do anything which is completely comprehensible!

Starting with the reception attended by a man and the fact that they will not let us bathe when we arrive or use the facilities. They charged me a city tax that was not listed anywhere on the reservation and the staff always super unfriendly. I do not recommend it. I would not go back.

The Hostel was really nice. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms weren't the most clean but were acceptable. the lobby is very cute and the free coffee and tea is appreciated. The lockers were very loud to get into. It's very close to a metro station which is nice, but still about 20 or more minutes outside of the city center. The kitchen and free coffee is a nice addition. There are outlets by the beds.
