I have been scammed by this company. I ordered a perfume and I sent it back. They say they will refund me and it never made it to my bank account. They say they have already sent the money and I have not received it. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Very crowded. Amazing brands under one roof. Easily accessible for a complete shopping experience. Very organized and well presented. It’s a must visit for everyone who comes through Amsterdam. Hence the increased traffic at the store. So many wonderful brands to select from. Most of the brands are top tier high end brands. Authentic products. Great experience to even walk through the store. The exterior was nicely decorated. Probably getting ready for the x Mas season around the corner. The individual brand corners with their own iconic products are showcased to the road to attract customers. Adds value to the city of Amsterdam.

This place feels like a Dutch classic classy experience. Have not been there for a long time as I used to have lunch very Friday afternoon with my uncle there. Must say they have modernized this shop in a pleasant manner. Still a great place to shop and have some lunch. But I do miss the “Chill-out Room” they had

In this type of store you pay for good product quality, there are good brands. I bought 2 items but I knew that everything is expensive. It is not a shop for people of low economic class. The type of customer is upper middle class. even higher with fat wallet of money. I didn't like the staff at this store; They are very hard workers who project boasting. I have bought some times in this type of store in Utrecht and I feel that the women who work are not friendly; they have no feedback with clients.

Very crowded but the food court has delicious pasta! The changing room for baby is also very clean and comfortable. This place is perfect for transit place if you are strolling around Dam square with small kids

One of the few premium department stores in the Netherlands, and of them, this is probably the nicest. It has a shop-in-shop concept, including Gucci, Hermes and others, but also a nice restaurant and cocktail bar. Next to this, the interior and exterior are magnificent!
