Great stay, friendly staff. Their location is really good, almost at the heart of the city near the most happening places. Budget friendly. The only thing that sucks is their wifi.

Value for money. Basic bed, small stairs (all in Amsterdam), no waiting area, general space where you can just sit, open a laptop, eat, weak wifi signal, etc. What makes it ideal is its location, really in the center of Amsterdam and the staffs are really helpful and friendly.

They have a serious problem with hot water. I wanted to take a shower when I reached my room and there was no hot water. The manager did not give me any solution. I do not recommend the place

Rooms are good. Prices are affordable. Only problem is stairs are very steep and can be very inconvenient for some people.
