Keukenhof Castle is a notable country house dating from the Dutch Golden Age. It was built in 1641 by Adriaen Maertensz Block, an administrator for the Dutch East India Company (VOC). Situated near Lisse, in the province of Zuid-Holland, this luxurious estate is also home to the famous Keukenhof Gardens. Turreted, restored 17th-century mansion on a country estate, plus gardens hosting concerts & events.

Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff, good food and on a walking distance to main station building. A bit far away by walking to centre of town, but worth walking while admiring old buildings, shops . To have a coffee or tea break easy to be found on the way.

Great attraction!!! This castle is opposite the famous Keukenhof Gardens and is worth the visit if you are in the area.

What a great day I had. The staff was awesome. When you walk in, you think you're going back in time. The exterior is very well maintained and children can play and have fun. Thank you for the great work.
