Situated in the centre of Jordaan, this casual and convivial bar is perhaps most famous for its Black Angus Burgers (200 g), but also serves kids’ burgers, veggie burgers, ribs and even vegan dishes. There are also lots of shareable platters with internationallyinspired foods: from summer rolls to tacos and Peking duck. The drinks menu includes a good selection of delicious cocktails (Caipirinha! Russian Mule! Horse Neck!), a wide variety of local beers and plenty of wines by the glass. Food was mediocre and overpriced. The burger isn't bad, but avoid the vegan dish which is just some bland vegetables on a plate with pesto. The vibe is quite nice for a drink, but much better food options in Amsterdam

The staff and atmosphere were pleasant enough but we found the food really mediocre. The menu was limited and uninspired (burgers, sate, fish, etc) which is fine if we you those things well. This places does not. The food was edible but not well-executed in the slightest. The saté was overcooked, the kroepoek were stale, the fries were probably pretty good when they were fresh but ours were kind of cold and the burger was meh. For 15.5 euros a plate, you’d expect it to at least be as good as what you could get at Febo. They seem to have a new name and different menu than what’s online. It was disappointing after reading such good reviews. I hope they can’t sort themselves out because the space is good, the location is great and the staff seems perfectly nice.

Absolutely delicious. I got the pancakes with banana bacon and Nutella. Husband did bacon only. Ask for syrup!

The egg and salmon sandwich was inedible, and apparently you need to specify the items you want to be in your order, even though they are listed in the menu as though they are part of the meal.
