Dirty carpet floor, no hand towel, no bath mat (therefore a flood in the bathroom). Shower towel with holes. Broken curtain. Unfriendly staff. What else? Smell of smoke everywhere. Only good point is central location. I do not recommend at all. At such a price, this is a shame.

This was the cheapest place we could find within a reasonable distance to town, for New Year's Eve, and well-located just metres from the Heineken Experience. Basically it's fine for sleeping, but would benefit from some improvements. Our room was very noisy, and you could hear everyone coming and going. Room also quite smelly, which is probably caused by the shower flooding the shower room every time you use it. To its credit, our en-suite was modern, with plenty of hot water. Unhelpfully the cleaner comes in each day, takes the wet towels from the radiator, and folds them on the bed, meaning your towels are guaranteed to stay wet all day. Room very small, but this is reflected in the price. Note you must check-in down the street (very close) at Blossoms Hotel.

Sept.2019: I booked this hotel. It was a nightmare. Fifth floor without an elevator. An alternative room was at ground floor, but had no windows and was far to small: couldn't walk beside both sides of the bed: it was just fitted between two walls. When I complained I did not receive any refund, only the very well working 'anti customers dept.' So please don't book this hotel!!! It was so disappointing bad that I decided to leave the hotel and go somewhere else.

ATTENTION - risk of health!!! Don't go there! The bedclothes are perforated and covered with Hairs, blood and urine. The walls, the floor, the windows, the bathroom - Everything there is disgustingly dirty! You won't get your money back (even if they tell this to you). This place is the hell on earth!

Not as bad as reviews bade out clean room bedding and bathroom..what do you expect if you go cheap with your own bathroom it's ok
