When we arrived at the hotel we had to pay to get our room even though I was told that I could pay when I left. The rooms where dirty with buggers on the walls and moldet tiles in the bathroom and missing tiles... For some reason the cleaning lady didn't clean our room's which was no biggie. However when we asked the receptionist for a cleaning he told us "no" and only gave us new towels. Great location though. Will not come again.

Great little room - balcony was nice! Nice bathroom and lovely staff. Best location possible, walking distance to everywhere in Amsterdam! Could do with some new towels but apart from that really good!

There really isn't anything good I can say about this hotel. The bathroom wasn't finished the "insides" of the wall was visible. The toilet was not flushed when we came. There were buggers on the wall, the sheets weren't cleen. We asked to have our room cleaned, after the first night, but when we came back to the hotel it hasn't been cleaned. I asked in the reception to get it cleaned, only for the receptionist to say" the cleaner isn't here" not caring at all. All in all a terrible experience, terrible hotel, terrible receptionists, terrible service. Can NOT recommend in any way
