The A-Train Hotel is a unique 3 star hotel with a train-theme. Our monumental building is ideally located in front of the Central (Railway) Station, right in the beating heart of Amsterdam. Shopping areas, tourist attractions, pubs, restaurants, theaters, are all within walking distance.

Great value for money with a unique theme. Breakfast is good with croissants, toast and cereal available. You also get a free hot drinks machine at any time! Staff are really pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are perfectly adequate and ideal for a long weekend break. Check out is easy and they let you leave your luggage so you can kill time without lugging your bags around. Fantastic and would highly recommend.

The beds are made for dwarves and the spring mattresses need replacing as they are extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was barely eatable. The location is great especially if arriving by train or cruise boat and reception staff are very helpful. We stayed in the first class room so would hate to have been in the standard room. Would I ever stay here again. Definitely not.

Small hotel but very cosy. Staff were amazing all through out the stay. Great location, right in the centre of everything.

Perfectly located. Walkable distance from Central station. Suitable for short stays, room was clean and small, staffs were friendly.

A great hotel! It is exactly in the city center and very close to everything. They serve very tasty breakfast.
