I have been a long term guest.. here's a brief summary. - very poor hygiene and cleanliness - owners are rude and talk about you behind your back - not a welcoming place - the staff get treated like dogs. Some not and some paid a very low salary, reflected in the service. - great location and nice building... the price will more than reflect this.

Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Furniture and sitting arrangements are old and not appealing. We had ordered only coffee and tea which were average. Location is excellent. Very nice place to hang around in evening.

We had dinner here once. The food is strictly average and service okay. The place was empty in ongoing covid situation. We don't like pets and requested the guy at reception to move their German shepherd dog out of eating area(it was sitting outside prior to that).the host was rude and said we are the only ones to complain about the dog. And that it s a pet dog so won't sit outside. I would give 0 star just for that.
