We count this hotel experience as one of the best. I appreciate their kindness and service. They even arranged date night for us and not charged a bit. I think their culture of respecting guest and gesture is their uniqueness. Really thinking to visit again.good job...

The rating I would give be 3.5. the place was clean. Nice surrounding. Pool was clean. There were food outlets though not big ones nearby. Brahma temple was 10 min drive from hotel. Service was quick and employee s were polite. Overall pleasant experience.

While the rooms were spacious and well furnished with an excellent view of the mountains, there were no toileteries in room and when asked was told that they had run out of them. Blankets were too thin and we were cold all night. Room service was really slow. Breakfast had less options but had good taste.The staff needs to be trained and best practices and culture need to set in.

The property is huge and spacious. Food is decent. Services are ok. They can improve in terms of food quality, room maintenance and hygiene.
