Hotel staff good but no wifi and not working TV remote.

Bad service. Staff attitude too bad. Hotel amenities too bad. Bathroom too bad. Taps were broken.No water at morning. Paid for 3 bed 3 persons but towel and soap was given only one. They said,for one room we give only one towel and soap.Infact in min 6 degree temperature only one double blanket was given. In which the blanket was cutted by half. We haven't understand what does this meant. Third was given after a fight. Door lock was damaged and said to repair next day but not repaired. Cleaning staff haven't came in 2 days. After a call also,no one came.Ventilation was open. No grills no glass no exhaust. No hot water in hotel. They provided us a heater stick,by which we three peoples heat water on bucket one by one and then after a hard work of 9 to 11 we were supposed to go out. Hotel night staff was full of ego and bad attitude. And many more... This was my life's first worst experience in a private hotel. We were cheated by paying for 3 bed.

Located at the prominent position. The famous Ajmer Sharif dargah is 5 mins walk from here, Adhai din ka jhopra is 10mins walk from here. Although the surroundings, i.e. nalla bazar area is bit congested but it is well connected to city rail station and other places. Decent rooms and foods are available in reasonable rate. Staffs are very cordial and helpful. Moreover, the manager of Arzoo tours attached with this hotel, is very helpful and man of his words. He can make bookings for taxi/bus/auto/train etc. And mark my words, he is one gem of a man, very much professional and helpful. In case you hire taxi from the hotel, keep his contact number handy, in case of any trouble he will help you out.

As per my experience this is the best Hotel to stay in Ajmer near Dargah Sharif at affordable price. Staff members are very helpful. Food quality was also good. I booked two Quadruple rooms for 8 members which is quite comfortable (One of the washroom was little small but that was manageable). They are very flexible with the checkin and checkout timings. My only concern was they will ask you to pay full amount while checkin.
