Pushkar has 52 ghats around the lake, each one constructed for a Rajput Maharaja, who used to worship and pay respect to their local deities and other Hindu gods. However, two of them are the most notable. The Gau Ghat is famous because the ashes of Mahatma Gandhi, Jawahar Lal Nehru, and Lal Bahadur Shastri were scattered into the lake here. The Brahma Ghat is where it’s believed that Lord Brahma himself worshipped.

I went to this place on 26th July 2020, Generally people came here after going to Haridwar to perform the last rights. On my time the temples and shops were closed except some. The place was hygienic and i found it little cleaner than i expected. The place has around 500 temples and the main temple is the brahma temple which is there since many many years, yes it has been renovated sequentially when it was first destroyed by Muslim depredations during Mughal emperor Aurangzeb's rule. When i get there, it was raining which gave it a look of heaven. I really felt very pleased and relaxing after taking a bath in the Lake. I really enjoyed the place
