If you're going to Pushkar, this is the place to stay. Run by the warmest of hosts, Shivani and Guneet take utmost care of all the guests and it is literally like having a holiday with your friends. The common area teleports you to a village atmosphere with an open roof, trees and rustic rajasthani Mooda (Bamboo chairs) to sit on. There is so much open space that you almost forget you're inside a building, in the crowded town of Pushkar. There are separate seating areas with different aesthetics and you may choose your own corners to create your safe space as well. Everything is aesthetically done and they even have a terrace with a great view for your morning exercise/yoga, or an afternoon nap. Oh! Must not forget to mention the delicious food, you should totally try it. Just book them, don't think more. You won't regret it. the food to go with it The location is pretty good and you can easily walk to the lake and it's far enough that you are in a peaceful environment.

This is actually my third stay at 12 Monks hostel and once again it was awesome...the couple that runs the place couldn't be more accommodating. I booked a private room, with a private bath but there are dorm rooms available. I absolutely love the outdoor courtyard area, that's surrounded by greenery and all the outdoor seating areas, including the rooftop that I meditated on during sunrise. The energy here is always so positive and the location is far enough from all the noise but still walking distance from the market town, town square, and the lake. I felt safe and secure, there's wifi and the room was clean and inviting and there's a kitchen if you wanted to order something, there's a menu available. I will definitely stay at 12 Monks again, whenever visit Puskar in the future. Highly recommended.

I travelled all over the world for 25 years and I have to say I didn't find so much places like this! Atmosphere is quiet, energy powerfull, hosts amazing, food excellent and price soooo cheap for all of this!! Definitly if you have a short time in Pushkar you have to stay here, all market is around, brahma temple 200m, lake 100m, camel safari 300m (desert and savritri mountain) and if you stay more you will appreciate the peace of this place after a crazy crowdy day in market and the sharing with Shivani and Guneet, beautiful human being running this place. Chill vibe, pocket friendly and clean rooms. Guneet is very helpful!

Value for money only. Beds are not so comfortable, without Air conditioning but low pricing.
